Now that Dunkins has a new menu, I seriously want to go all the time. They offer a delicious array of flatbread sandwhiches, including breakfast options that are *gasp* healthy where you can choose an egg white flatbread as your option. I had the turkey sausage egg white flatbread and it was yummy! I also tried their hashbrown bites which are not healthy, but still delicious!! They have some sorta seasoning on them which makes them out of this world!
Ofcourse, I also had my fav.-a small iced latte, no sugar..just delicious espresso and milk...yum..they do it best at Dunkins!

On July 9, 2019, I made a visit to the drive-thru of this Dunkin' Donuts. My aunt was in the hospital because she was suffering from cancer. My cousin had been having a rough day because of it. I text her before I left the hospital to see if there was anything I could pick up for her. I thought a treat might be nice.
I swung by here to get us stuff. I pulled up to the drive-thru. There was nothing but silence for a minute. Then the drive-thru speaker keyed up. Music was blaring. The lady asked what I wanted. I put my order in. My cousin said she wanted a bacon, egg and cheese biscuit. Apparently they don't have biscuits. She wasn't very nice about saying it. I said I'd take it on a bagel then. She didn't respond. I said again I'll take the bacon, egg, cheese biscuit again in case she didn't hear me. She responds, "well, why don't you just tell me everything." I asked, "You want me to repeat my order?" She exclaims, "OH MY GOD!" I asked, "What do you want!?" At that point, I decided to drive away. The day was already bad enough.
I reported it to Dunkin Donuts corporate. They sent a message saying they would contact the franchise owner. His message said he'd let the manager know and make sure employees are trained on proper customer service. I'll never return to this location. -

If I could give less than one star I would. My husband and I stopped by this location for what seemed like a simple order. The girl working was incredibly rude. We ordered a sandwich and accidentally said biscuit which apparently was incorrect because the girl working corrected us but gave no solution. Then we finally figured out it was a bagel with no help from the rude girl working. After silence , a ghetto voice says "is that it? Tell it all to me just keep going with your list." I've never been treated so poorly or dealt with such an out right unprofessional experience. I know food service isn't that great but someone else with intelligence could do her job way better. Never again.

This Dunkin' Donuts is reluctant to accept coupons, especially the customer survey code coupons when I present them. I almost never receive a "thank you" from anyone there. I have experienced rude service. I miss the days when I craved a cup of Dunkin' Donuts coffee and donut and couldn't wait to get there to get them. Now, I still crave them, but do not look forward to my experience in order to get them.
The one positive is, I usually receive a very good cup of coffee. -

I went to Dunkin' Donuts to get a large empty donut box for a project and they wouldn't let me have it. I even offered to pay for it and they said no. I even tried to buy a couple donuts to put in it and they told me no they would put it in a bag. The Dunkin' Donuts in western ave in Peoria Illinois is run by rude and petty people. Every time I go in there they are ridiculous about something. Lost a customer Dunkin' Donuts #dunkindonuts.
